FOR NICKERSON & HOLWAY. INC.", prepared by Thomas E. Kelley, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, dated October 21, 1965. Said Covenant is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 1327, Page 1087. The Planning Board hereby releases all conditions of approval imposed by the above Covenant on Lot 6, as shown on the above referenced plan, recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 200, Page 41.
