No. 1833 Date: November 15, 2018 Reference is herein made to a Covenant between the Planning Board in and for the Town of Yarmouth and Nickerson & Holwav Inc. of South Yarmouth, subdividers of land in South Yarmouth, MA located on the westerly side of Lonq Pond Drive and as shown on a plan entitled "SUBDIVISION PLAN OF LAND IN SOUTH YARMOUTH, MASS. FOR NICKERSON & HOLWAY. INC.", prepared by Thomas E. Kelley, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, dated October 21, 1965. Said Covenant is recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 1327, Page 1087. The Planning Board hereby releases all conditions of approval imposed by the above Covenant on Lot 6, as shown on the above referenced plan, recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan Book 200, Page 41.
