The ANR Plan subdivides an unbuildable lot into two unbuildable lots to be added to adjoining properties (30 Horse Way and 159 Old Main Street). This redivision of land was approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals in Special Permit Decision #4730. The ANR Plan is entitled, "ANR Plan South Yarmouth MA Prepared for Suzanne Packer 30 Horse Way South Yarmouth MA" and was prepared by All Cape Septic LLC, dated December 22, 2017 and signed/stamped by Steven Moore, PLS, on June 6, 2018.
