Dear Mr. Gaudet:
At the Planning Board meeting of June 6, 2018, members voted to endorse ANR Plan
No. 1428A for property located at 30 Horse Way, as shown on Tax Map 51, Parcel 22.1.
The ANR Plan subdivides an unbuildable lot into two unbuildable lots to be added to
adjoining properties (30 Horse Way and 159 Old Main Street). This redivision of land
was approved by the Zoning Board of Appeals in Special Permit Decision #4730.
The ANR Plan is entitled, "ANR Plan South Yarmouth MA Prepared for Suzanne Packer
30 Horse Way South Yarmouth MA" and was prepared by All Cape Septic LLC, dated
December 22, 2017 and signed/stamped by Steven Moore, PLS, on June 6, 2018.
This application was received in your office on May 9, 2018, along with an extension
until June 6, 2018.
