Hi Guys,
For your records, please find attached an Endorsed copy of ANR Plan No. 2061D for property located at 487
Station Avenue, South Yarmouth, Assessor’s Map 97.3, zoning districts B1 and APD. The purpose of the ANR
Plan is to create an unbuildable lot carved from 487 Station Avenue for conveyance to abutting properties at 473
and 479 Station Avenue for the creation of a larger lot for the Seasons Gas Station/Convenience Store/Drive-
thru project. It is anticipated the three Colbea lots will be combined later through an 81X Plan which can be done
directly with the Barnstable Registry of Deeds and does not need to go through the Planning Board.
The applicant has six months from the September 21, 2022 Endorsement date to record the plan at the
Registry of Deeds.
