Hi Angela, The Health Dept. has been working on a complaint since May against the above address regarding a failed septic system and associated odor impact to neighbors. I have been in communication with the homeowner (Nelly) who informed me she is working with the County Loan Program. During our most recent discussion on July 26 Nelly informed me she signed an agreement with Meyer & Sons, Darren Meyer, septic designer. At this time Meyer & Sons has not yet scheduled a soil test with our department. Would you please update me regarding the status of this project? In the meantime, I will contact Nelly regarding steps she should take to minimize the impact of odors on her neighbors. Thank you and I hope you are well. Sincerely, Carl Carl E.
