On September 4, 2020, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above - referenced site, for the construction of proposed additions to the existing dwelling. A site visit was made in September of 2022. The proposed additions were constructed per the approved Site Plan dated 1-6-2022. A small gravel area on the north side of the dwelling was constructed that contains an air conditioning unit and generator and a patio was constructed on the west side of the dwelling. These improvements were not shown on the approved plans but are outside the 50' buffer to the wetland. Notwithstanding the aforementioned changes, the proposed work was constructed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
