HomeMy WebLinkAbout4979 33-37 Seaside Village Letter of Opposition 13 RECEIVED 10/8/22 OCT 11 2022 To : Zoning Board of Appeals YARMOUTH BOARD OF APPEALS Ref: Shoreside Properties Appeal #4979 - Oct 13 Hearing Members of The Board, We would like to respond to the application to continue the use of the property at 33-37 at 24 Little Dipper Lane, S. Yarmouth, and directly abut the rear of the property. We had two specific interactions with the property this past summer. First, one day the facility dumpster was relocated outside of our bedroom window, but when it was brought to the attention of the owner, the dumpster was relocated immediately. Second, one night there was some unwelcome partying on our street by some of the workers. We called the owner the next day and he responded immediately, evicting those involved the same day. We appreciated the quick response of the owner in both instances. Our only concern is that he continues with the upkeep of the exterior of the property, including the rear, so that it doesn't become an eyesore in the neighborhood. Aside from that, the rest of the summer was relatively quiet, from our perspective. Once the troublesome fellows were moved out, we found the remaining workers to be quiet, and good neighbors. In fact, one night the doorbell rang and it turned out to be the lady who was staying in the cabin directly across from our home, who wanted to tell me the hatchback of my car was up. We very much appreciated that. So, in conclusion, we have no objection to the continued use of the property according to the application. Sincerely, A//YIJi litii
