Twenty One Parkwood Road BOARD OF APPEALS
We would like to go on the record as strongly opposing Shoreside Properties LLC's seasonal employee
housing or 33-37 Seaside Village Road.
Ater a long search we have selected this neighborhood because of its quiet and quaint atmosphere. If
this housing for transient employees is approved, it will change the landscape of the neighborhood.
Not only does the hotel look unsightly but it will most assuredly cause increased traffic on Parkwood Rd.
This quiet little street will no longer be a safe area for kids to ride their bikes or neighbors to stop and
talk without looking over their shoulders every minute. Speed limits are not maintained and cars passing
each other encroach the edges of resident's properties. We strongly stand behind town resources to
make this a one way road.
The increased number of employees housed will also add to destruction of the land with trash thrown
around in the nearby woods.
