OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the order listed below beginning at
7:1513m at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02264 in the Selectman's Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting steall be provided on the tdctiee of Meeting to be published on the tc.ti ^'s website at laast 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on

It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

1. 22-A108 Michele Ross (Owner): To replace windows, garage door, shingles, and add an outside shower
at 23 Whippoorwill Lane
2. 22-A109 Donald Kochka (Owner) and Empower Energy Solutions (Agent): To install 32 solar panels on
the rear roof of 38 Seminole Drive
3. 22-A110 Kenneth and Christina Evans (Owners): To paint house Lighthouse Gray at 9 Belle of the West
Road
4. 22-A111 Barbara Liftman (Owner): Approval for a shed at 1 Jibstay Road
5. 22-A112 Michael and Patricia Duffy (Owners) and Renewal by Anderson (Agent): To replace front door
and specialty window above door at 74 Nottingham Drive
6. 22-A113 Charles Harris Warren and Elizabeth Anne Babich (Owners) and Telsa Energy (Agent): To
install 30 solar panels on the front, rear, and side roofs at 54 Bray Farm Road North

8. 22-A115 Peter Le (Owner) and Rodolfo Benavides (Agent): To add a dormer, window, and door to the

9. 22-A116 Charlotte Collins (Owner) and Trinity Solar Systems (Agent): To install 18 solar panels on the
