Special Permit 4827 was granted on November 22, 2019 and extended to October 28, 2022. A
representative of the Petitioner, Robert Ciavarra, requested an extension of the permit via email,
due to the owner, Chaya Rosenberg, being out of the country and work not yet having
commenced on the property.
The Board considered the request at the September 22, 2022 hearing, and voted unanimously to
grant an extension to September 22, 2024. The Petitioner or her representatives are welcome to
come back for further review at a hearing before the new expiration date if they so choose.
