Barnstable County Registry of Deeds on February 160, 1.9:82 in Book
43 , Page 303,f as amended and WE# PETER WOID ;A, ARTHUR SAWYER
and PAUL HEPPZRNANr being the Board of ;Managers of said Bayberry
Village Condominium, in. accordance with provision 1-0 of .the said
Master deed, amend said faster Deed as follows:
1 * Delete paragraph d of ection 5 of the Master Teed and insert
in its place the following
All the land, ra.ilings, stairways, steps, l:.ighting �,xtures,
plants, parking ,areas, and other improved r unimproved areas not
within the u:nits, except that each Unit der shall have access tc
the craw: space under his unit, if any, through :any outside area-
way: that may exist and provided further, however, that each Unit
shall have as appurtenant to it, the exclusive right to u.se one
(1) parking space, except unit 25 which shall be entitled to .Ive
() parking spaces within the common area if :and a.s designated in
the first deed of the Unit by the Declarant; and shall have the ei
elusive right to use and porch attached to a unit,,
2. delete paragraph (a) of Section 8 of said Master Deed and
insert in its place the following:
Eachof the buildings containing Unl.ts of the condominium and
all the units .in each. building are intended to be used solely for
s.nglefamil
y residence purposes, except Unit .25 as hereinafter
provided. in paragraph 9 (b) hereof, in accordance with the By - Laws
of the condomiLni= Association, excerpt as provided in Paragraph
9 (b) hereof, and further -provided, however, that all Units may be
used by the Declarant for other purposes temp ar ly pursuant to
provisions of, and subject to the Limitations set forth in Para-
graph 8 'W O
3. Delete paragraph (a) of Section 9 of said master Deed and
insert in its place the following.-

No such Unit shall be used or any purpose other than res.i-
dential family use for no more than one (1) famil' except Unit

Unit may be leased or rented to persons other than the owners
but subject to the Town of Yarmouth lawsi, rules, and regulations
regarding the number of persons that may occupy the Unit,

insert in "Its place the following.:
The 'nits except Unit 25 are intended for use only during
the period of April 1 through October 31 of each year. Unit 25
