It has come to my attention that the plan is to make this 100% seasonal housing for employees. As a resident of 20 Seaside Village Rd since 2008, I would like to express that I oppose this motion. There are many regulations that need to be looked at carefully and be addressed. I hope that you will look at all these codes very carefully. Since it has been sold, the property is not well taken care of. I, as well as many of the neighbors, take pride in our property appearance. The amount of trash that surrounds the property is the worst I've seen in 14 years. The constant littering of food, cigarette butts and shopping carts was disheartening. As a taxpayer I hope the right decision will be made.
