Dear Bruce:
In September of 2022,BSC Group,Inc.(BSC)visited the property referenced above,to observe the construction of the
on-site sewage disposal system.BSC observed the excavation and removal of unsuitable soils,observed the installed
septic tank,installed retaining wall,and observed the installed PVC piping within the leaching field prior to backfill.
Based on the observations of BSC's Engineering staff,the newly constructed system is consistent and is in substantial
compliance with the approved plans and appears to comply with the regulations as set forth in 310 CMR 15.000 and the
Town of Yarmouth Board of Health Regulations.Please do not hesitate to contact our office with any inquiries you may
