This letter is to certify that the new septic system located at 7 Ebb Road was constructed in
substantial compliance with the approved design plan entitled, Proposed Septic System Upgrade,
dated September 16, 2022,prepared by our office. See attached as-built plan provided by the
contractor(Robert B. Our Co., Inc.).
