This letter is to certify that the new septic system located at 235 Higgins Crowell Road was
constructed in substantial compliance with the approved design plan entitled, Proposed Septic
System Upgrade, dated October 5, 2022,prepared by our office. See attached as-built plan
provided by the contractor(Robert B. Our Co., Inc.).
