Subject: Letter re: Seaside Village Permit BOARD OF APPEALS
I am writing to comment on the forthcoming permitting decisions regarding Seaside Village.
1)1 have lived on Parkwood Rd 50 years.
2)The traffic and speed of cars on the road is terrible.A formula for tradegy.
3)There is more litter and alcohol containers and garbage on the road than ever (I clean it up).
4) MANY times the road was completely blocked due to cars avoiding beach costs, Skipper patrons and overflow of cars
at motel. No emergency vehicle would have had access to the area.
5) Recently, I was sited from my insurance company for a worn board on a window trim. I am being held to high
standards with upkeep to my home. Clearly the appearance at the motel has declined. Shouldn't we all be held to the
same standards?
Business is business and it is clear deals are being made. Why not include the residents in what has happened and is
planning to happen so all parties can go forward with respect, healthy, safe and clean environments, supporting one
another.
