Good Afternoon,
The new shed will be next to the existing shed, not attached. The new shed will have a 3/12 pitch and I
see that it should be a 7/12. Our Cutty Hunk (Lean to) sheds are mostly made to be next to existing
structures. The new shed will not be visible from any road or way. The new will match existing house
specs. Please let me know if I can help you further or how Old Kings Highway would like to
approach this matter.

As I understand this request - there is an existing shed already and this one would be attached to the
rear of the old one. I don't know the roof pitch on the old one (it should be 7/12). The new one is a
shed roof at 3.5/12. Need more info.

OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the determination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
"As soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any event within forty-five (45) days
after the filing of application, or within such further time as the applicant shall allow in writing,
the Committee shall make a determination on the application. "

situation allows.
