Dear Members of the Conservation Commission:
Please accept this Notice of Intent application for the after the fact and proposed landscape
improvements associated with the single-family residential property located at 8 Tide Lane in
Yarmouth (the Site). The project is located within the 100-foot buffer zone top of the Coastal
Bank, 200-foot Riverfront Area, and Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage. Also included in
this application is the replacement of a wooden pile associated with the existing pier, ramp, and
float system in the Parkers River. This application is being submitted in accordance with the
Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act Regulation and Town of Yarmouth Wetlands Bylaw.
