This is a formal site plan review.
Project Summary
The applicant proposes to construct a new parish hall(P2/0-3—Religious Institution)behind the existing church. This
proposed use is permitted as per Table 202.5 zoning district RS-40. Relief was granted via Petition number 1782 October
8. 1981 to waive the paving requirements on the site.

Fire:A fire sprinkler system is recommended,Fire alarm system is required,cooking-hood extinguishing system
Is required,and portable fire extinguishers are required. Elimination of fire lane is acceptable to the fire
department.

Health:Must review current water usage,(year 2000-538,000 GPD for 2001-421,000 GPD)Separate water meters
will be required on the lawn sprinkler system and garden water line,(this will allow a determination of water used
within the building and going to the septic system)Dishwasher must be a commercial unit with wash and rinse
gauges,kitchen and walls must be light color and be prior approved by health dept,kitchen and coffee prep area
must have washable ceiling tiles.New grease trap tank should be pumped annually.
Water.A sleeve between buildings is required.

Enclosed please find a Future Parking Plan for the above site.
I have shown a large number of spaces to demonstrate that the parking expansion could be easily
attained within the lot.
The intended occupancy of the structure is 150 persons,but parking capacity for 375 is plotted on-
site. It is my hope that this sketch will demonstrate to all concerned that adequate parking
expansion is easily attainable without resorting to tedious square footage calculations.
Any expansion or change of use on the site would be subject to further review,and we could revisit
the parking demand at that time.
Please do not hesitate to call with any questions or comments.
