Good Morning Chairman DeYoung and Members of the Board of Appeals,
We would also like to add that we feel our property value would decline if this petition by Richard and Christine
Hoeske was to be approved.Thank you very much for your time.

YARMOUTH
BOARD OF APPEALS
Dear Chairman DeYoung and Members of the Board of Appeals,
Re: Petition 4281. Christine M. Hoeski, 7 Doherty Lane, West Yarmouth, MA
02673
Barry and I have been notified that Christine M. Hoeske and Richard Hoeske have
petitioned the Board to extend their deck five feet closer to their rear lot line.
Our lot line directly abutts theirs and we would like to object to this extension due to the
following reasons:
We feel that this is too close to our property line. We live in a development where houses
are close and have been spaced properly by the developer so that it is not only attractive
aesthetically, but allows for a fair amount of privacy. We feel that this increase would
definitely be an infringement to our privacy.
Although we are renting our home for the summers now, this is only temporarily. We do
love this area and do stay their frequently during the off- season.
It is our belief that the addition of this deck would occupy more than the 25% coverage
allowed by the town.
We would appreciate you taking these reasons into consideration.
Sincerely,
trille, Cteldeti)
