I was pleased that the board asked for more information as well as redoing what is to be completed on phase one vs. phase two. However I want to comment for a few of my concerns. The following comments are made without being able to see any changes in the proposal from last meeting. 1. I would prefer to see no parking at all on the front and just have a drive for fire safety. This would allow the buffer zone to be larger. It would also enhance the way the buildings look from Rt. 28. In fact I believe it would be more inviting for shoppers. 2. I would prefer to see plantings on the buffer zone along rt 28 to be in phase one. 3. I would like to see a list of details for phase one and phase two. The maps on line are difficult to see. For example at first I did not see that the original phase one proposal kept angle parking until phase two. 4. I understand they are asking for two phases so that money generated from phase one will allow them to get a loan for phase two. What happens if they are unable to get a loan? Thank you for working so hard to make sure this building proposal is good for the applicant and the town. I look forward to shopping there. David Bernstein 2 Wisteria Rd.
