SUBJECT:Notice of Intent for the permitting of an existing pier,ramp and float
configuration at 12 Fairwind Circle,South Yarmouth,MA 02664.

On November 14,2022,the Waterways and Shellfish Advisory Committee reviewed the above
noted Notice of Intent,presented by Kieran Healy of the B SC Group for the permitting of an
existing pier,ramp and float configuration at 12 Fairwind Circle,South Yarmouth,MA 02664
After a brief discussion,the Waterways and Shellfish Advisory Committee voted unanimously to
support the project as presented.
