On November 14,2022,the Waterways and Shellfish Advisory Committee reviewed the above
noted Notice of Intent,presented by Robert Perry of Cape Cod Engineering,Inc.for a proposed
pile supported catwalk,and pier with ramp and pile held float at 24 Frothingham Way South
Yarmouth,MA 02664
Due to two members having to recuse themselves,the Waterways and Shellfish Advisory
Committee did not have a quorum to vote on the project,but allowed the project to be presented
for comments only.
