Request for Review (continued from July 27, 2017: PETITION #4485: Seaview Motel Condominium Trust, 785 Route 28, South Yarmouth. A request to be placed on Board's Agenda for required Review as set forth in Decision #4485. Attorney Anthony Bowers addressed the Board and distributed a letter dated December 14, 2017 (see attached) and marked as Exhibit#1, stating that all Phases I, II, III are completed. No one was present in the audience. The Board thanked Attorney Bowers and were all pleased that all the work has been completed. Dick Martin made a Motion to approve Phase III as completed. Yarmouth, MA 02664 Board of Appeals Petition #4485 Dear Ms. Clark, Please inform the Board that all requirements of Special Permit Petition #4485 are complete, and: 1. I represent the Seaview Condo Association: 2. The petition initially sought a special permit pursuant to Zoning bylaw s. 104.3.2(4) and Use s. 202.5(Al2) and or alternative, a Variance from Zoning Bylaw s. 104.3.2(4) and Use s.202.5(Al2)to allow for multi family use of the property. 3. Phase III of a three year review of Petition#4485 has now been complete; 4. The ZBA has previously approved all work for Phases I and II; 5. The Association respectfully requests that all requested Special Permits and Variances with regard to Petition #4485 be granted allowing for 10 detached, year- round, residential, condominium units on the property. Therefore, the Seaview Trustees intend to present these facts to the Board at 6pm on December 14, 2017 meeting and request final approval of their Petition#4485.
