When I reviewed the duplex house floor plans in the health department file,there was permit signoff for#17 in 2008
that was for a dormer and a downstairs bedroom room to be opened.
The owner stated that the 2008 construction did not go forward.
The owner stated that she now has a permit for the dormer for#17, (was there a health sign off)?
The current floor plans for the dormer show the bedroom downstairs to have a cased open.
The copy of the building permit she provided does not list the downs stairs bedroom case opening as note on the floor
plan.
The duplex must remain 4 bedrooms total, 2 bedroom each side, based on the engineered septic plan and property
within zone II.
# 15 finished basement application was signed off today after a meeting with owner Michelle Thompson.
After discussion,the owner amended the application to include a full bathroom, wet bar and bulkhead with doghouse as
shown of the proposed floor plan.
I noted on the application that the floor plan noted there was a current basement office with no door.
I also noted the basement is not to be used as a bedroom

Michelle is applying to finish the other side of her basement. She is the owner, and her house is a duplex. Yes, she did
apply for a permit to finish one side of the basement and to add a dormer and she is know applying for anther permit to
finish the other side. What is the issue you are having Bruce?
