Dear Sirs:
This letter is provided in compliance with the decision of the Yarmouth Board of Appeals,
issued November 12, 2009, to approve 8,000 additional rounds of public play per season at the
Golf Course at Yarmouth Port.
As stated in your original decision, which was affirmed by the Commonwealth of
Massachusetts Appeals Court on March 2, 2012: "the Trust shall maintain accurate records of
the rounds played by members of the public"; and, "the number of public players [shall be]
reported semi-annually to the Yarmouth Building Department and the Yarmouth Zoning Board
of Appeals".
Attached please find the second "Public Rounds of Golf Report" of the 2014 season, submitted
to the Kings Way Trust by Bob Miller, Golf Club Manager covering the dates of January 1,
2014 through December 31, 2014. The next report will be provided at the end of the season
(semi-annually), on July 15, 2015.
