Lawton,Jr. VIDEO TAPING DUBBING POLICY BOAR00 OF APPEALS 1. Any request for a copy of a videotape must be done so in writing to the Town Administrator's Office. The Town Administrator's Office will have ten days to furnish a copy of the video tape to the requesting party. 2. The fee for the duplication of the tape will be as listed on attachment"A". The fee includes the cost for the tape, dubbing, the employee's time and mailing costs. Two checks, one made payable to the Town of Yarmouth for handling and postage, and a second check to the vendor, should be sent in with the request for the copy of the tape. 3. As a general rule, all tapes of the meetings are kept on file for ninety days. They are • unavailable after that time, as the meeting minutes, which are the official permanent record, would have been developed and accepted by the Board of Selectmen or appropriate Board/Committee. After the ninety-day period, meeting minutes are available at a cost of$.20 per page after a request has been made for the material. A request for meeting minutes can either be in writing or by telephone to the Town Administrator's Office.
