benefit of all rights, rights of way, easements, appurtenances,

November 20, 1956 and recorded with the Barnstable County Registr

BEGINNING at a concrete bound at the Southeasterly corner of the
premises and at the corner of the State Highway and Pond Street;

At a regular meeting of the Board of Directors of
the Northeast Baptist Conference held on June 14, 1979, at
the Belmont Street Baptist Church, Worcester, Massachusetts,
a quorum being present, the Chairman, Paul Anderson, explained
that the purpose of the meeting was to discuss deeding real
estate owned in name by the Conference in South Yarmouth,
Mass., to the Evangelical Baptist Church of South Yarmouth,
Mass. After discussion it was unanimously
VOTED: Donald Nelson, Member of the Board of Trustees, and
Richard Cushing, its Moderator, be and they are hereby author-
ized and empowered to sign, seal, execute, and deliver to the
Evangelical Baptist Church of South Yarmouth, a deed conveying
real estate of the said Northeast Baptist Conference, formerly
known as the Baptist General Conference of New England, at
Route 28 and Pond Street in Yarmouth (South), Barnstable
County, Massachusetts, more particularly described in two deeds
recorded with the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, one
in Book 1072, Page 379, and the others in Book 1245, Page 600.
