In January of 2021, the Commission issued an Order of Conditions for the above -referenced site, for the construction of a single family dwelling at this property. A site visit was made and a survey of the existing conditions relative to the Order was carried out. The proposed dwelling, porches, decks, and retaining walls have been constructed per the approved Site Plan dated 11/17/2020. Minor modifications were made to the patio area, and a slate walkway was constructed from the rear deck steps. The existing driveway in the Northeast of the site has been paved and a paver walkway was added to access the front steps. Additional drainage structures have been installed to mitigate the slight increase in impervious area. This is to certify, to the best of my knowledge and belief, that the work was performed in substantial compliance with the approved plan and Order of Conditions.
