The filing deadline is two weeks prior to the next scheduled Conservation Commission meeting. No new information may be accepted into the Commissioners' packets within the week before a meeting. The 25,675 s.f. property is surrounded by residences and is bordered to the south by a Salt Marsh. A Coastal Bank exists up gradient of the Salt Marsh at the flood zone elevation of 14. No work will take place within Priority/Estimated Habitat of endangered species. Worl< Proposed within Resource Area Existing single-family dwelling. Proposing to construct two small additions within the 50'-100' buffer to a Salt Marsh and Coastal Bank, Coastal Bank • There is a Coastal Banl< at the flood zone elevation of 14 due to the slope exceeding 10% but not greater than 25% • Both additions will be constructed within existing developed areas • All work will take place outside the 50' buffer to the Coastal Bank • A work limit line will be installed between the proposed work and the top of the Coastal Bank and will remain in place until all construction is complete Salt Marsh • The Salt Marsh was flagged by BLH Environmental Consultants and located by Down Cape Engineering. • All work will take place outside the 50' buffer to the Salt Marsh • A work limit line will be installed between the proposed work and the edge of the Salt Marsh and will remain in place until all construction is complete Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage • A portion of the property is located within flood zone AE EI. 14 • No fill is proposed, and no work will take place within Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage All construction staging will take place outside the 100' buffer to the Coastal Bank and Salt Marsh.
