The property is a 5827 SF developed lot in South Yarmouth. The property in primarily open with a few
trees close to the front property line. It is located approximately 1300 ft north of Parkers River Beach
and 2300 ft east of Parkers River, There are no wetland resource areas within 100 ft of the
property.The property lies within FEMA designated flood zone AE(EL11) and is Land Subject to
Coastal Storm Flowage.

The proposed work will consist of raising the existing building above the flood elevation and
upgrading the septic system with a new pressure distribution subsurface sewage disposal system. Areas
disturbed during construction will be restored loam, seed, plantings and mulch. Driveway will be restored
with avement or crushed stone or as otherwise directed bar the approving authority.

This property is located in an AE flood zone B.F.E 11.0'. The proposed work on the exiting
house exceeds 50% of the market value. Per FEMA and building code the house will be raised
on a new foundation to meet the elevation requirements. The house and rear porch will be
placed on a concrete foundation. The rear porch will be re -built. The front porch will be re-
built on sonotubes.
The existing landscape is grass, oak trees, low vegetation. All disturbed areas to be re -planted
per landscape plan. A new septic system will be installed in the rear yard.
