The filing deadline is two weeks prior to the next scheduled Conservation Commission meeting. No new information may be accepted into the Commissioners' packets within the week before a meeting. Failure to follow this Checklist shall result in an Administrative Incomplete Application and will not be advertised for a Public Hearing. Refer to the meeting and fee schedule. The 13,545 s.f. property is surrounded by existing dwellings. No work will take place within Priority/Estimated Habitat of endangered species. The resource area affecting this site is Land Subject to Coastal Storm Flowage (LSCSF) AE EI. 11. No other resource areas are located within 100' of the property. The site was surveyed by Down Cape Engineering Inc. and the topography is based on the current NAVD'88 flood zone datum. All work occurs within LSCSF (AE El. 11). The proposed addition will be constructed on sonotubes, and all work will conform to flood zone and building code standards. No fill is expected to be required for this project.
