WAIVER OF 45-DAY DETERMINATION
The applicant/applicant's agent understands and agrees that due to the current declared National
and State public health emergencies the dctennination of our Application for a Certificate of
Appropriateness/Demolition/Exemption may not be made within 45 days of the filing of such
application.
The applicant agrees to extend the time frame within which a determination is to be made as
required by the Old King's Highway Regional Historic District Act.
SECTION 9 -Meetings, Hearings, Time for Making Determinations
-As soon as convenient after such public hearing; but in any event within forth -five (45) dabs
after the filing of'application, or within such further time as the applicant shall allow in writing,
the Committee shall make a determination on the application. "

We would like to use Beveled new England pine siding (from home depot) on the shed using just a
natural transparent finish. Below is a pic of the siding from Home Depots website.

To describe the shed: we would like to put a door and 2 windows on the front of the shed (front being
what faces the house, kitty corner to the fences). Rotating to right, is what I called side A which faces
kitty corner to the back fence. On Side Awe would like to put a 5' double door. On the backside and
side B we did not want any doors or windows. Just the siding.
The height of the roof would beat 7' from the sides. The peak of the roof would be 10' 4" at the very
top. We plan on using a 8/12 pitch, i.e., rising 8" for every foot of run. The footings will only be a few
inches off of the ground. We would like to use asphalt singles for the roof, which will match the color of
the house.

original 8x11 paper that they were drawn on @ )...
