To follow up with the voicemail message that I left this afternoon with Heidi
Hudson of the Yarmouth Conservation Commission, please be advised that this law
office represented Dennis J. Jodoin, Trustee of the Cape Perio Realty Trust in
conjunction with the March 30, 2022 sale of the condominium unit located at 30 Higgins
Crowell Road, Unit 5, Yarmouth, MA ("the Premises"). I am in receipt of a copy of the
Enforcement Order dated June 10, 2022 that you sent to the attention of Mr. Jodoin (see
attached Enforcement Order). Please be advised that the new owner of the Premises is
Steven C. Caradimos Realty, LLC pursuant to a unit deed recorded on March 30, 2022 in
the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 35011, Page 124. Any violations that
are alleged to have occurred at the Premises would have taken place after the March 30,
2022 conveyance, so you may wish to communicate directly with the current owner.
