On behalf of my client, the Acres Of Pines Association, I am requesting a 3-year extension of the Order of Conditions for the above referenced project. The order of conditions was issued
on 3/17/2020, and was extended by COVID to approximately June 2024. The project work is complete. The beach nourishment component of the project is an ongoing condition that will continue
as nature impacts the beach.
The owners would like to extend the order for 3 years, to provide the ability to maintain the beach elevation as necessary, notifying the commission when any further re-nourishment effort
is necessary. In order to allow as much time as possible to both monitor the situation and allow time to re-nourish the area according to the permit, we therefore request a three (3)
year extension for the above permit.
