SPECIAL PERMIT #4927: Fabiane Evangelista Lima Paiva, 83A Lewis Road, West
Yarmouth, MA. Map & Lot #: 22.85; Zoning District: R-25.One-year review of the
conditions per condition #5 of Special Permit No. 4927 dated January 27, 2022.
The Petitioner has met the conditions of Special Permit #4927.
The Petitioner appeared before the Board to review the status of the conditions of Special Pen -nit
#4927.
The issue of greatest concern to the Board had been how parking would be handled at the site, so
as to reduce traffic in the neighborhood.
There are two parking spots with different specific times for drop-off and pickup, so that parking
is not an issue.
After deliberation, the Board was satisfied that the conditions had been met and no further
review required for Special Permit #4927.
