CERTIFICATE OF TRUSTEES
Trustee's Certificate Pursuant to M.G.L. c. 184, § 35
The undersigned, Donna M. LaCroix, Trustee of the Donna M. LaCroix Living
Trust, u/d/t dated April 30, 2021 and any amendments thereto, of 12 Sienna Lane, Unit 6,
Natick, Middlesex County, Massachusetts, hereby certify as follows:
l , l am the sole Trustee and only beneficiary of the Donna M. LaCroix Living
Trust (the "Trust").
2. Trust has not been amended, altered, modified (except as noted herein) or
terminated and remains in full force and effect.
3. The Trustees have not executed a written instrument resigning as Trustees.
4. None of the Beneficiaries of the Trust is: (i) a minor or legally incapacitated
or under any guardianship, (ii) an estate subject to estate tax liens, (iii) a
corporation transferring all of substantially all of its Massachusetts assets, or
(iv) a foreign citizen or entity.
5. Pursuant to the Trust, any person dealing with the Trust property or the
Trustees, may always rely on a certificate signed by the Trustees that
identifies the Trustees and sets forth the authority of our Trustees to transact
business on behalf of the trust and any person dealing with the Trustees shall
not be required to inquire into the terms of this agreement or the authority of
the Trustees, or to see to the application of funds or other property received
by the Trustees.
6. In the event Donna M. LaCroix is no longer serving as Trustee of the Donna
M. LaCroix Living Trust any person dealing with Trust Property may rely

on a certificate which identifies the Trustee of the Trust signed by O'Connell
Law, LLC who is Keeper of the records and who knows who the beneficiaries are
of the trust.
7. The Trustee of the Trust have authority to act with respect to real estate owned by
the Trust, and have full and absolute power under said Trust to convey any
interest in real estate and improvements thereon held in said Trust and no
purchaser or third party shall be bound to inquire whether the trustee has said
power or is properly exercising said power or to see to the application of any
Trust asset paid to the Trustees for a conveyance thereof, and,
8. None of the beneficiaries of the Trust have informed the Trustees of their
objection to this sale.
9. That neither the Trust nor the Trustees have made a general assignment for the
benefit of creditors and, to the best of undersigned's knowledge, there has not
been fled by or against said Trust or any Trustee, a petition in bankruptcy or for
the appointment of a receiver and no bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding or any
composition, extension arrangement or adjustment of any of the Trust's
obligations has been filed.
10. The Grantor has a beneficial interest in the trust.
11. There are no facts which constitute conditions precedent to acts by the Trustees or
which are in any other manner germane to affairs of the Trust.

above signatory, or ❑ my own personal knowledge of the identity of the signatory, to be the
