See you Thursday at 10. The scope of the project is to: - Raze and replace the left bedroom. Extend it by 3' 3" to the side. Fill in the existing back bulkhead area with new living space. This area is pre-existing non -conforming for the current front setbacks. - Raze and replace the existing right side rear wing. Expand the space to the back. New bedroom and bath.
