FROM THE DATE OF THE INSTALLATION OF THE SOIL ABSORPTION SYSTEM UNTIL RECEIPT OF THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE, THE PERIMETER SHALL BE STAKED AND FLAGGED TO PREVENT USE OF THE AREA THAT MAY CAUSE DAMAGE TO THE SYSTEM. 13.)
