I, ANNE E. WELCH, for consideration paid of ONE ($1.00) DOLLAR, hereby grant to
ANNE E. WELCH, Trustee or her successors in trust, under the ANNE E.
WELCH REVOCABLE TRUST, dated March 29, 2006, and any amendments
thereto.
Of 300 Summer Street, No. 27, Boston, MA 02210 with quitclaim covenants,
The land together with the buildings thereon, situated in Yarmouth (South) Barnstable County,
Massachusetts, as bounded and described as follows:
SOUTHERLY and
SOUTHWESTERLY by Main Street, as shown on hereinafter mentioned plan, one
hundred twenty-one (121) feet, more or less;
WESTERLY by land of Kate A. and Arthur C. Hastings, Jr., as shown on said
plan, one hundred fifty-one (151) feet, more or less;
NORTHERLY by land of Geneva Homer, as shown on said plan, one hundred
eleven and 641100 (111.64) feet, more or less; and
EASTERLY by land formerly of Daniel Weaver as shown on said plan, one
hundred thirty-nine (139) feet, more or less.
Being shown on a plan entitled; "Plan of Property in South Yarmouth to be conveyed to
Blanche I. Graham and George F. Marston., Paul Van Auken, Dennisport, Mass. Scale 1" = 20'
April 22, 1950" which said plan is duly filed in Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Plan
Book 92, Page 123.
The above -described premises are conveyed subject to and with the benefit of all rights, rights
of way, easements, appurtenances, reservations, and restrictions of record and especially as set
forth in a deed from Edward A. Parker III and Jeanne Wetherald Parker to me, recorded in
Barnstable County Registry of Deeds in Book 3915, Page 063.
