Acts of God or Otherwise Extraordinary Events It is the intent of the Contractor to complete the project within the terms of the Contract. However, should an event so extraordinary and/or catastrophic recast the social, economic or physical environment on which we based our decision to enter into this Contract, the Contractor reserves the right to take whatever basic steps are necessary to ensure the viability of George Davis, Inc.
