This agreement will expire 15 days after the date at the top of the first page of this Agreement if
not first accepted in writing by Owner.
Acts of God or Otherwise Extraordinary Events
It is the intent of the Contractor to complete the project within the terms of the Contract.
However, should an event so extraordinary and/or catastrophic recast the social, economic or physical
environment on which we based our decision to enter into this Contract, the Contractor reserves the
right to take whatever basic steps are necessary to ensure the viability of George Davis, Inc. It is expressly
stated that such steps are not to be taken in order that the Contractor may enjoy great e��`/ED
opportunity; but be limited to the minimum necessary steps.
