OLD KING'S HIGHWAY HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMITTEE
Notice is hereby given that on Monday, November 28, 2022 the following applications for Certificates of Appropriateness
and Certificates of Demolition pursuant to Section 9 of Chapter 470 of the Acts of 1973, as amended, will be heard in the
order listed below beginning at 7:15pm at Town Hall at 1146 Route 28 in South Yarmouth, MA 02264 in the Selectman's
Hearing Room.
Specific information for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to
attend this meeting shall be provided on the Notice of Meeting to be published on the town's website at least 48 hours prior
to the meeting. Application materials are currently available through the Online Services/Town Record Search service on
the town's website at: https://If.yarmouth.ma.us/WebLink/Browse.aspx?id=904379&rei)o=LASERFICHE .
It is recommended that all participants access and review application materials in advance of the meeting.

8. 22-A132 Gail Chen and James Morris (Owners) and Thomas A. Moore Design Company: To construct
a farmer's porch and shed dormer addition on the front and change windows on the side and rear of the
