This letter is to certify that the project has met the following guidelines under MassHousing and Chapter 40B. guidelines As the monitoring agent, HAC did the following: 4.1 1. Certified the affordable sales price for Mill Pond 2. Reviewed and approved the marketing and lottery plan and determined that Mill Pond met the affirmative marketing requirements. 3.
