The only other outstanding issue is the engineers letter regarding the ductwork below the flood elevation. Do you have
an update on this?
The temp occupancy permit expired on Friday, so currently there is no longer a valid occupancy permit for this address.

To whom it may concern
I performed a site inspection on Friday 1-28-22,to review the installation of the
ductwork installed in the basement at the above residence.
The ductwork is sealed,supported and insulated correctly. The contractor has
follow all the SMACNA guidelines for ductwork installation.
With this site inspection and the two third party ductwork testing/calculation
documents, I can confirm that this installation is acceptable to me and meets all
of the code requirements for the state of Massachusetts.
