Dear Mr. Grylls,
Construction activities at the subject project continued in a proper manner during the
months of November and December of 2022, and the following general work has
occurred:
1. Unit B
· Steel erection and modifications continued, this work was inspected by
Briggs Engineering and the SER, Consulting Structural Engineers, Inc..
· A minor amount of steel welding work remains.
· MEP systems in Unit “B” are virtually complete, but have not yet been
energized or started up.
· Alterations in office areas also continued with framing of new partitions,
installation of new lighting, ceilings, painting, etc.
· New mechanical systems were installed for the office area and the make-
up air systems are nearly complete.
· Roof penetrations for MEP systems has just begun and should be complete
in the next month.
2. Unit C
· The new internal stair to the roof access hatch is installed. The new roof
hatch was also installed.
· Steel erection and modifications continued, this work was inspected by
Briggs Engineering and the SER, Consulting Structural Engineers, Inc..
· A minor amount of steel welding work remains.
· MEP systems in Unit “B” are virtually complete, but have not yet been
energized or started up.
· Alterations in office areas also continued with framing of new partitions,
installation of new lighting, ceilings, painting, etc.
· New mechanical systems were installed for the computer server room and
the make-up air systems are nearly complete.
· Roof penetrations for MEP systems has just begun and should be complete
in the next month.
3. Site Work
· The parking area has been paved, base course only. Final paving will be
completed once all other site work is complete.
· The retaining walls which contain the new vehicle access ramps have been
formed and poured.
· Controlled backfill operations will ensure the fill between the ramp walls is
adequate for the intended loads.
· The trench drain at the new loading dock apron is complete.
· All other underground drainage structures have been installed.
Briggs Engineering and Testing continues to conduct concrete, welding and structural
and reinforcing steel testing, these reports are sent to your attention directly.
Northeast Geotechnical Solutions have been monitoring all earthwork operations and
their reports have also been shared with your office. They will only have a few more
visits to observe paving work.

Catalyst has been attending weekly job meetings and conducting site visits frequently to
monitor work in progress and adherence to the construction documents. All work
completed to date has been done in a good and workmanship-like manner and in
general accordance with the construction documents and applicable code.
