There is a wooded buffer between the property and the southern neighbor. Requesting rain and snow protection provided by a covered front porch. The proposed front porch replaces current shrubbery and would not extend beyond outer perimeter of current circular drive. Requesting permission to extend existing addition on south side of house forward to match front of house. Requesting permission to add family room to rear of house replacing existing deck.
