TOWN OF YARMOUTH STORMWATER BY-LAW, CHAPTER 145
In accordance with the second paragraph of the Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 131, Section 40,
and Yarmouth By-Law Chapter 145, you are hereby notified of the following:
A. The name of the applicant is The Davenport Companies Inc.
B. The applicant has filed a Stormwater Management Permit Application with the Yarmouth
Conservation Commission, seeking permission to undertake a construction activity, including clearing,
grading, excavation or redevelopment, in an area subject to Protection under Town of Yarmouth Stormwater
By-Law, Chapter 145.
C. The address of the lot where the activity is proposed is Route 6A (Map: 125 / Parcel: 39)
D. Proposed work is Development of a 14 lot cluster subdivision.
E. Copies of the Stormwater Management Permit Application may be examined at the Yarmouth Town
Hall at the Conservation Commission office between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Monday thru
