Dear Bruce,
In November and December of 2022,BSC Group,Inc.(BSC)visited the property referenced above,to observe the
construction of the sewage disposal system Improvements.BSC observed the installation of the distribution box,PVC
piping,septic tank,and pump chamber,prior to backfill.BSC observed the Installed pumps and witnessed the testing to
confirm that the pumps are operational.The tank, pump,and distribution box have sewer manhole covers at grade.
Based on the observations and measurements of our Engineering staff,the newly constructed system Is consistent with
the approved plans and complies with the regulations as set forth in 310 CMR 15.000 and the Town of Yarmouth Board of
