Home My WebLink About4991 7 Paine Rd Letter of Opposition 2January 09, 2023 Dear Yarmouth Board of Appeals, RECEIVED AAN 122023 YARMOUTH BOARD OF APPEALS I am writing to voice my concerns over the request for a special permit or variance to allow a pool at 7 Paine Road, Yarmouth MA. The lot is too small for such a large pool, the pool is too close to our property line. The proposed infringement is significantly more than the current minimum setback allows. Already before a pool, Parking is often overflowing into the street already at a blind and fast intersection. It is not a safe location to have even more cars. This will be substantially detrimental to the neighborhood. This allowance will negatively impact my property. This is not a pre existing pool.
