I am writing to voice my concerns over the request for a special permit or variance at 7 Paine
Road, Yarmouth MA.
The lot does not allow for a pool of the proposed size, the location of the pool is too close to the
property line as current zoning regulations allow.
There is reason for zoning regulations as they are -please enforce them.
This will adversely impact my property. The proposed placement is a significant encroachment
on the property lines. Our leeching field is beside the proposed pool location. The vicinity to
our property will destroy any privacy we have left in our yard. This would increase the values of
the Jumpers home while decreasing the values in their neighbors.
There is presently no pool on the property, this is a self-created hardship.
