Lisa, did not drive by this property, but the GoogleMaps view provides very good views. This deck is quite substantial and, given the grade, the supports are very prominent. It surrounds the existing sunroom and adds a good deal of mass to the house, which is really very charming. I believe this should be reviewed by the committee, so I would decline the exemption.
